<p>Inspired by the Pomodoro technique, Session enables you to block dedicated time for focused work. Just 25 or 45 minutes is all you need to make significant progress towards your goals.</p>
<h2>Keep Your Focus by Blocking Distracting Websites and Apps (Mac Only)</h2>
<p>When you start a Session, Session automatically blocks distracting websites and apps to keep you on track. It will restore access to these distractions when you're on a break or when the session has ended.</p>
<h2>Mute Your Slack Team during Sessions</h2>
<p>Session can also mute the Slack team of your choice when your session begins, allowing you to work without interruptions. When your session ends, access to Slack is restored.</p>
<h2>Remember to Take Regular Breaks</h2>
<p>Forcing yourself to work for extended periods of time is ineffective. Rest is just as important as work or study. Why? Because during periods of rest:</p>

You can automate turning it on when your session starts and disable it when the session ends. Additionally, you can customize other aspects such as changing light bulb colors or playing Apple Music when your session begins. You can even have different playlists for your breaks. Session makes these automations possible using AppleScript on MacOS and Apple Shortcut on iOS.</p>
<h2>Sync Your Sessions to Apple Calendar</h2>
<p>Session can automatically create calendar entries in Apple Calendar to provide a visual overview of your daily progress.</p>
<h2>Review and Reflect on Your Sessions</h2>
